I have recently purchased a few Promarker pens, with a view to start colouring a few stamped and printable stamp images. Here's a couple of my first attempts, don't look too closely, as i need more practice to get the desired effect. The ribbons used on both these cards are from Ribbonoasis.
I made these cards last week when my mojo was still awol.

Pop up cupcake
I made this pop up card using some of the really pretty ribbons Bea from Ribbonoasis sent me to work with.
I love this cupcake from the Home Decor cart, it's so different from any of the other cupcakes on other carts.

Be mine
This is another card i made with this Sarahcards cardmaking kit, i loved the papers in this kit as they were double sided, the only problem i had was which side to use.

Frame shape card
This is another card i've made using one of Regina's shaped card cutting files, this one is called 'frame' and can be purchased in The Cutting Cafe'. Again the sentiment is from one of Regina's All Occasions Circle Word set 1.
The branch with flowers is from the Home Decor cart.

Circle card
I've been itching to use this chandelier cut from the new Home Decor cart (which is amazingly available to purchase here in the UK), so when Regina sent the The Cutting Cafe' design team members the shaped card templates , i knew i had to use it on the circle shaped card (i love shaped cards). The sentiment is from the All Occasion Circle Word set 1. I've kept the design very simple, and attached the chandelier with tiny black foam pads to give the card dimension.

Notelet folder
This is a cute little folder i made using the gorgeous Sarahscards January cardmaking kit, it holds five 4"x4" cards and envelopes inside, which are a great size for sending little notes to friends. Sarah's kits are such great value, and have more than enough in them to make 15 cards. Remember if you subscribe to these kits, you also get a free clear stamp each month.

Happy Birthday Cupcake
This cute cupcake and sentiment are both printable stamps from the All About Cupcakes set, available from The Cutting Cafe'. I printed the cupcake onto different papers, cut them out and pieced them together using foam squares to give the card dimension.

Cupcake holder
Here's a cupcake box that's now available to purchase as a template from The Cutting Cafe'. You can use these templates as a PDF file and cut them by hand, as i did, or they can also be used as wpc files with your cutting machine, i.e. Pazzles or Cricut (with SCAL). If you love to make boxes and bags, Regina has a special offer on until Sunday.
As i'm trying to loose a few pounds, (who am i trying to kid?, i need to loose lots of pounds), i made the cupcake from a pair of first size baby socks. I thought this would be cute to give instead of a card. The circle frame was cut on my Expression using the new Home Decor cart.

Another Craftytemplate card
This is the third and final card i made with this months Craftytemplates kit and the cute little dress template. I threaded the lush pearl beads (that come in the 'Audrey' crafty goodies kit) onto a piece of very thin wire, so they looked like a necklace.

Gift card
Here's another card i made with the yummy Goodies kit and templates that Leo at Craftytemplates sent me.
This card is not only shaped like gifts, but the largest gift is a flap, and underneath that flap hides a little pocket to slip a gift card into, neat huh?

My first Cutting Cafe' project and an award
Here is my first DT project for The Cutting Cafe', i used the PDF version of the Heart Bag file, it's as easy as this..... print out the template using your printer, cut out with your scissors, score, assemble and then embellish. I also used the Big Holiday Words (Valentine) and one of the Valentine Circle Words printable stamps.
I'd also like to say a huge thank you to all the other Cafe' DT members for all your lovely welcome messages.

I have received this really pretty award from a very talented online friend of mine, Michelle, thank you, you are so kind. Although i really love to get these awards, by the time they get to me, most of my favorite bloggers have already received them, i am meant to send it onto seven fellow bloggers, but i really haven't the time to do that right now, so if you haven't yet received it, please feel free to snag from here.

Happy New Year!!!!!
I'm really not sure what happened to 2008, it's just gone so fast. I'm quite glad the holidays are over and Hubby has gone back to work today, this means i get to play in my craftroom in peace again.
I've made this card for my Nephew who turns 3 on the 10th Jan. I made the base using the design studio and Street Sign cart, Tigger is cut from Pooh & Friends and the Happy Birthday is from Zooballoo.
