Second entry to BBTB contest

Here's my second entry to the BBTB contest, this time for a baby girl. OK it doesn't look much like a card, but as you'll see it will fold down flat to fit into an envelope.

I designed the cot myself using the CDS and George.
The carts and cuts i used are,

AMU, baby + shadow.

Doodlecharms, Bear, Bottle, Duck and Baby head.

JOTS, mittens (babies hands).

George, moon and stars.

Mini Monos, G I R L.

PDDU, rocking horse.

Easter treat bag

I saw something similar to this on the Cricut MB (Bunny and Duck), so i decided to have a go at making my own version. I designed this little chicken on the Cricut Design Studio using shapes from the George cart. The lunch bag is from Tags, Bags, Boxes & More. The handle is made by welding circles from George on the CDS. TFL x

More Cricut cards

I'm finding it harder and harder not to use my Cricut Expression every time i make a card a lately, which i guess is a good thing, cause i'm actually using it. Here's my latest two cards, one for my Son, who will be 12years old next month, (the day before my 40th BTW). The other is a cute cupcake card, made just because i felt like it.

Two cards, same papers.

This week i've made two cards using the same BG papers, they are from the LilyKate collection. I also used my Cricut Expression for both.

For the first one i used Mickey and Friends cart for Minnie, Mini Monos for the scalloped circle frame, and scallop boarder and flower from Accent Essentials. I also used Textile Texture Cuttlebug embossing folder.

For this Easter card, the Easter basket and eggs are cut from Doodlecharms, the scalloped tag from Alphalicious, the words are welded on the DSS using Jasmine and the scallop frame, is the waste from the Mini Monos scalloped circle i used on my Minnie card the other day. I also used Swiss dots and Distressed stripes Cuttlebug embossing folders. The flowers are a punch and have a dot of brown stickles in the centre.

I Love You

Over on UKS there is a monthly card challenge, this month's challenge is to either make a Valentines cards using non-traditional colours, or to make a card using traditional valentines colours for a non-Valentines card, or of course you could do both. I decided to go with the first one. I used downloadable papers from Funky Fairys, i just love this colour combo. I used my Cricut for the die cuts. (Mini Monos for the scalloped circle, Doodlecharms for the hearts, and Jasmine for the corners).

I'm not good at this blogging lark.....

I forget about it until i get notification of a comment that's been left, so thank you to anyone who has left me a comment as it prompts me to post an entry.

I've not done much in the way of crafting lately, but i actually made a card using the Cricut Design Software last week, and even did a LO, the first one since October last year. (shocking).

I love the Cricut design studio software!

This piece of software is amazing, you can weld anything to anything!

I've just found out there's an amazing contest on the Bitten by the bug blog, to make a shaped birthday card, so i'm gonna enter this.

Here's a handbag card i made by welding two handbags from the Doodlecharm cart. The flower luggage label is from Fab finds, and the flower is from Mini monos and the name is welded using Base camp. I used loads of stickles and made it it's own little box too.
