Regina at The Cutting Cafe' has been so busy making the most fab sets. My niece is 13 soon, so i used two of the newest sets on this card for her. I have used BIRTHDAY NUMBERS CANDLES SET and ASSORTED CELEBRATION WORD CIRCLES . I cut the candle numbers on my Cricut using Make the cut software.

This is the perfect card for a teenager, as they turn into teens it is the only birthday they want reminding of how old they are lol.
