Now that the Sarah's Cards June kit should be with all the subscribers, I can now share a few of the cards I made with it. The next kit will sadly be the last one, but the shop will be still be going strong .

I've just finished working with the Sarah's Cards April kit, and realised that I ever shared any of the cards with the March kit. So here's just a small selection on the cards I made.

Sarah's Cards March 2012 retreat.

This weekend was the 4th Sarah's Cards retreat and I must say it was fantastic as always.
I feel a little jet lagged today after the trip up north, but would do it all again tomorrow.
This time I was a 'proper' teacher, and I think most attendees liked my class.
This is the layout I taught, using chalk inks to get a misting effect and lots of layering of stickers as embellishment clusters.

This is my favorite photo from the weekend, it's the whole group, including a guest appearance from the hotels white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland.

The day they said I do.

Saturday was my Niece's wedding day, and what a beautiful day it was. The whole thing was held in a local hotel and the whole day was perfect. They did the best first dance I have ever seen, hopefully the video will be uploaded on Facebook so I can share it the video is now on Facebook.
 As I mentioned before I did a few bits and pieces for the couple, like the invites, place name cards (butterflies) and the table plan. I also did a candy buffet for them, including a Vimto lollipop tree, which was a great hit with both young and old.

The pageboys (age 2 & 6) weren't keen on wearing their suits at first, but both love Lego, so we bought these cute little grooms to stick onto their buttonholes, which did the trick and there were no getting dressed tantrums.

Here's a snap of the happy couple, just grabbing a quiet moment to themselves. I would love to know what the groom was saying to his beautiful bride.

Sorry for the lack of posting here, but apart from my Sarah's Cards DT work, I'm not doing any other crafting except for doing lots of bits for my Nieces wedding which is next month.

This months Sarah's Cards kit is now arriving with the subscribers and features the gorgeous  Authentique - Splendid range of papers.

I can't  believe it's been almost a month since i posted, i hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and i know it's late but, happy new year!
